About
The Neighborhood HUB serves as a “front door” for residents of the Beechwood and EMMA neighborhoods to access programs and community resources within walking distance of their homes. Our centralized HUB provides navigation services connecting residents to providers to meet the needs and goals of residents by incorporating a person-centered service delivery model that improves program coordination through services collaboration, cross-referrals and sharing of existing community resources.
Neighborhood HUB Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:00-5:00 pm
Friday: 9:00-12:00 pm

Come To The Neighborhood HUB To Access Resources And/Or Onsite Referral To The Following Needs:
- Housing Support Services: Schedule a meeting with our Housing Program Manager to discuss affordable housing opportunities, tenants’ rights, financial assistance and learn about future housing projects in the Beechwood neighborhood
- Get Connected with MyWayFinder: Hub staff can help onboard residents with this useful tool to learn more about community programs and create a direct referral to services such as: food pantries, employment training, education services, youth engagement opportunities, etc. If you need help with MyWayFinder, please book an appointment with our HUB staff below.
- Digital Business Center: The Hub offers residents FREE computer access including printing, copying, and fax for professional needs such as resume building and online employment applications.
- Onsite Meeting Space: Have a group that needs a home-base meeting space? The Hub offers use of a conference/multipurpose room that comfortably fits around 20 guests and is fully equipped with all your technological (Wi-Fi, screen for presentations, marker boards) needs to run an efficient meeting. The conference space can be booked for routinely scheduled meetings/events or for single use.

The Beechwood Neighborhood HUB: 616 North Goodman St.
About
The Beechwood Neighborhood HUB is currently under renovations. Upon completion we will officially launch Neighborhood HUB services at this location. However, the HUB auditorium is available now for bookings for a fee.
Future Neighborhood HUB Services Will Include
Onsite health and wellness programming, financial empowerment workshops, youth engagement activities, business center needs and a community gathering event space. The Neighborhood Hub sites will be a place where residents, parents, youth and business owners can come together to explore creative and impactful programming, gain new skills, and develop meaningful relationships while building community cohesion, wellbeing and vibrancy.
