The Connect Lab is a co-working space for entrepreneurs and nonprofits with a focus on serving Beechwood and EMMA residents, while welcoming members from across Rochester. It offers flexible desks, conference rooms, and private offices that foster collaboration and access to support.

Founders Table
The third Wednesday of every month, entrepreneurs meet at the Lab to talk through what they’ve been working on. Somebody brings a real problem and gets real answers from people who have been through it. Connections get made. Deals happen.
Some months, we bring in an expert on a topic members have asked about. In other months, a member teaches the group something they know well.
It’s facilitated by Shannon Scott, owner of Sew N City, and a neighborhood entrepreneur with twenty years of business experience.
We plan to host more Founders Tables as the Connect Lab network of entrepreneurs grows. Ask about the next one when you come in for a tour.

Plan Descriptions
All plans include
High-speed Wi-Fi, conference room access, mailbox, kitchenette, off-street parking, and a business center with printing and copying.
Building Access
Members get a key fob for the building. You can come and go during open hours.
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Same hours for every membership.

A shared desk on the first floor. Sit wherever is open.
Good if you need a flexible space that isn’t your kitchen table.
Dedicated Desk
Your own desk. Leave your monitor, your files, and your samples set up.
Good if you’re here most days and don’t want to pack up every night.
Private Office
A furnished room with a door that locks.
Good if you need privacy, storage, or more space.
